2. Your rights

You generally have the right to information, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability, withdrawal and objection. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law, you can lodge a complaint with us or with the Austrian Data Protection Authority (www.dsb.gv.at).

3. Hosting

This website is hosted by easyname GmbH, Canettistrasse 5/10, 1100 Vienna, Austria. When the website is accessed, technically necessary data is processed (see server log files). A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the provider. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a secure and efficient service (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

4. Server log files

The provider automatically collects and stores information in server log files that your browser transmits: browser type and version, operating system, referrer URL, host name of the accessing computer, time of the server request and IP address. This data is not merged with other data sources. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

5. Cookies

This website only uses technically necessary cookies, for which no consent is required (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). No tracking for advertising or analytics purposes takes place. You can set your browser to notify you about the setting of cookies.

6. Contact

If you contact us by e-mail, your details are stored to process the request and for possible follow-up questions. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR. The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required and no statutory retention obligations apply.

7. Newsletter

We use the service Brevo (Sendinblue GmbH, Koepenicker Strasse 126, 10179 Berlin, Germany) to send our newsletter. Registration takes place using the double opt-in procedure: after signing up you receive an e-mail in which you confirm your subscription. We store your e-mail address and the time of registration and confirmation. The legal basis is your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, which you can withdraw at any time via the unsubscribe link in every e-mail. A data processing agreement is in place with Brevo.

8. Embedded third-party content

To display certain content we embed third-party services. When accessed, data (in particular your IP address) is transmitted to the respective provider. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in an appealing presentation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) or your consent by actively clicking.

• Spotify (Spotify AB, Regeringsgatan 19, 111 53 Stockholm, Sweden): embedded player for our music.
• YouTube (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland): videos load in extended privacy mode (youtube-nocookie.com) and only after you click the preview image.
• Google Fonts (Google Ireland Limited): fonts are loaded from Google servers on page load, transmitting your IP address to Google.

9. Merchandise (Spreadshop)

Our merchandise is offered via an external Spreadshop (sprd.net AG, Gutenbergstrasse 1, 04103 Leipzig, Germany). If you follow the shop link, the privacy policy of Spreadshop applies. No order processing takes place on this website.

10. Storage period

We store personal data only for as long as is necessary for the stated purposes or as required by statutory retention periods.
